These terms regulate the use of the barcode scanning application "StockFlow: Stocktaking."
"StockFlow: Stocktaking" is provided to the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") by the developer Nikolay Plushchenko (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). By using "StockFlow: Stocktaking," the User confirms that they have read and understood these terms and agree to them.
Key Terms: "StockFlow: Stocktaking" is provided to the User for free. However, some features of "StockFlow: Stocktaking" may be available only through a subscription or with additional charges. To use all the features of "StockFlow: Stocktaking," internet access may be required. "StockFlow: Stocktaking" is partially provided through App Stores and the associated infrastructure, such as the Apple App Store. The User should use such App Stores independently of the Developer, and the corresponding Terms of Use apply. For certain features of "StockFlow: Stocktaking," access to the file system, camera functions, and other data on the User's smartphone may be required. "StockFlow: Stocktaking" can access such data only with the User's explicit consent. Such access allows the User to, for example, scan barcodes. Depending on the User's operating system, the User must either grant such access or block it directly, if applicable.
"StockFlow: Stocktaking" allows users to scan and obtain information about products from a product information database. In this context, "StockFlow: Stocktaking" acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee that the information obtained through barcode scanning is absolutely accurate. The Developer is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the provided information. The database may not contain certain product information, including product images. The Developer does not guarantee the presence of complete information about each product. Product information is provided in the language chosen by the product manufacturer or supplier for adding the product to the database. This language may not correspond to the User's device settings.
The Developer strives to ensure the high availability and reliability of the "StockFlow: Stocktaking" application and all its functions, including features available only with a paid subscription ("best efforts"). However, the Developer cannot guarantee that "StockFlow: Stocktaking" or individual "StockFlow: Stocktaking" features will be constantly available, available at all times, and/or fully functional. The Developer recommends that Users regularly back up data on their smartphones, including data related to "StockFlow: Stocktaking."
The Developer may terminate the provision of "StockFlow: Stocktaking" or prohibit the User from using "StockFlow: Stocktaking" at any time without providing reasons. The Developer may also make changes to "StockFlow: Stocktaking" at any time without specifying reasons, including changes to paid features, if any.
Limitation of Liability: Subject to mandatory legal provisions, the Developer is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of "StockFlow: Stocktaking" or related to "StockFlow: Stocktaking." In the event of violations of these terms of use and in the event of violations of rights and corresponding claims by third parties, the User expressly indemnifies the Developer from any liability and is responsible for losses vis-à-vis the Developer in full.
General Terms: The user can contact the developer through the "About the App" section or by sending their inquiry to the email address storeeaseapp@gmail.com. The Developer may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be notified of such changes properly. The User may discontinue the use of "StockFlow: Stocktaking" at any time. By continuing to use "StockFlow: Stocktaking" after being informed of changes to these terms of use, the User agrees to accept these changes.
